| The Director of the Netherlands chapter of the AOP is Matt Coler. Matt brings unique, first-hand experience with indigenous communities as he finishes his PhD at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. As part of his research, he spends a significant amount of time every year living in rural communities in the Peruvian Andes where, together with the locals, he documents rapidly dissapppearing varieties of the Aymara language. His compassion for the Andean people alongside his expertise make him a great addition to the AOP team of directors. |
